      Remote Customer Service Representative Interview

      4 Mar 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Brampton, ON
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at Junkluggers (Brampton, ON)

      Interview

Very Intensive and judgemental: Online interview with 7 very heavy questions. Then orientation then tech test then background check then 15 days unpaid training. The trainer was just starting and made poor decision like terminating training on the first day without giving me a chance to shine. I was only asking questions to clarify as she wasn’t very good at training and assumed that all questions were intentionally dumb which they weren’t.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Did you have to meet a quota and how did you meet it?
      Answer question

      Question 2
