Talked with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager over phone. I was invited to on site interview & I was interviewed by 5 different individuals. All technical & no fun1

It was worst interview experience I have ever had. Interview has 7 rounds spanning over 3 months. All rounds were in US time zone. After last round there was no communication for 3 weeks. I called for enquiry and was informed that they don't need a staff engineer now instead they need a lower rank role. Very unprofessional company. I will suggest never waste time by appearing interview for this unprofessional organisation
