Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Bengaluru) in May 2024
Interview
Process Wise, this is the worst interview process which i have ever encountered in my life. Took almost 2 months for Three rounds of interview which ended up saying the offer has been closed after 20 followups. I would never ever recommend.
Interviewers are great, Work is great but the interview procedure(Conducting interviews, feedback) is extremely worst.
I would like to share my appreciation for the exceptionally smooth and professional interview process I experienced with Juniper Networks.
The interview was a positive and engaging experience. However, I was particularly impressed with the seamless coordination among team members and the TA team. The timely updates and transparent communication from the TA/HR team throughout the process demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect for candidates' time. Moreover, the post-interview follow-up was equally commendable.
In summary, I am genuinely impressed with the entire interview process. It clearly reflects positively on the organization's values.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
They approached me first via Linkedin; the HR manager was polite and professional. In the second stage, there was an interview with a team lead. She was collecting ideas for the role (in short), and they never followed up on that interview, not the team lead nor HR manager.
