People at juniper networks india are pretty cordial. They ensured that I am at home at different stages of the interview. Their communication was pretty crisp (in the beginning at least :) ). It looked like they did not have a stream lined interview process. Most of the interviewers were asking questions at the same level (a few of the questions were repeated - funnily there was one question - difference between .so and .dll which was asked by everyone :) ).
After three telephonic interview (one was a skype call), i was invited on prem for a day of interviews. The on prem process was broken. First of the calls was a tele-discussion (we could have done this from my location itself :)).
After that I had an interview with my hiring manager - (i had a round with him on phone earlier as well - and you guessed it right - he repeated the same q). After that I have lunch discussions. After lunch there were two rounds of interview. These went on till the time the time to leave for the airport was near.
The travel arrangements were fantastic. I was disappointed that the technical part of the interview could have been more coherent.
juniper finally decided to not give me an offer as our ranges did not match. But they took their sweet time conveying this back. This was the second blemish to an otherwise glorious experience. They have not yet officially communicated their decision yet :)
