Junior Library Guild Sales Representative interview questions

I was interviewed by two managers. One seemed nice and welcoming, but the other seemed very distracted the entire time. He wasn't even looking at me. Rather, he was looking out the window and watching the sales floor. I'm not sure if he was disinterested in me or overly concerned with what his employees were doing. At any rate, it was very off putting. I was not offered a job, but I don't think I had enough sales experience for them. It seemed like they were not looking to train an employee. They wanted somehow who could hit the ground running.
