Went through a recruiter screening and phone interview with the hiring manager. Interview with the hiring manager was very bizarre. There was no digging or questions asked when I talked through my resume. He seemed bored and unengaged from the very beginning, which makes me confused on why they scheduled the interview in the first place. I understand if I'm not the right fit for the job, but the interviewer made no effort to get to know me. Seems like he had his mind made up before he even jumped on the call. Not a great experience, and definitely a waste of everyone's time.
