Very easy and laid back. The manager cared to get to know me personally. After interviewing I was offered the position but had to wait a few weeks to begin orientation and the onboarding process.

Interview
It was my first interveiw ever, literally walked in without a resume and totally unprepared. A very laid back relaxed interveiw. We walked to the foodcourt and had a friendly conversation. Mostly all you need to have is a bubbly personality and talk about how much you "care" about costumer service.
