I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Joule Unlimited
Interview
Was contacted by a hiring agency for this temp position, no phone interview, on-site interview was ~3 hours long taken by 3 directors, 2 scientists and HR. Most of the questions were based on past experience from the resume. Get as much information about the projects you have done in the past. It was an easy-going conversation with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Dress well, be confident(the key) and express your detailed knowledge about the work you've done. And yes- show enthusiasm!!

Question 1
Couple of questions were a bit detailed for the project I had worked on previously, I had to think at the moment and give a reasonable answer
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Joule Unlimited
Interview
The hiring process appears to be very unorganized. The process lasted several months. I was contacted by the company for the position. HR called me back over a week after asking for my availabilities to ask if I am interested in applying for the same position. The interview lasted almost 5 hours and I met just about everyone in the department. Each person was different, but overall the questions were about my work and how would I approach different situations. There was a slight feeling of nervousness by the staff about trying to commercialize, and different people seemed to have different ideas about how to do it. After the entire interview process I never received a call or email. Aside from the usual interview followup communication I called a week and a half later and was told that they no longer needed to hire as many people and wanted someone with more experience.
