Interviewed by co-workers. They have a hiring committe with about 6 guys who work on the floor. These are guys who've worked there a while. Basic small talk interview, none of those made up scenerio questions, which i hate. After a couple days i got a call from hr. Oh yeah they will call your last job.

Filled out application within a couple days got a call to come in. I arrived and took a comprehensive test and you have to pass to be able to interview. The interview was the easiest interview because they don’t ask those behavioral questions are anything. Just simple questions about your past work. Next steps was a background, drug, hearing and agility test. Must pass all to be offered a position.& also my interviewer let me pick my shift during interview which was great because I’m a single mother and wanted to work afternoons.
