The interview process is dreadful. I had a two and a half hour interview because a lack of organisation on there part. First a technical written test. I pass the test and got 13 questions out of 15 passing easily. Then I had a interview with HR for about an hour and then another technical test with a South African manager who asked me so many questions he wanted me to slip up. I was there for another hour or so and in that time the manager didn't tell me nothing about the company other that question me. The pay for the job role is awful wouldn't apply there again. I had to call them after a week for them to tell me that they were not interested to proceed.
