Sat down asked questions regarding previous employment. Chatted about customer issues and Co worker conflict. Asked about strategies of selling and working on commission. The interview was very repetitive and was extremely unprofessional. Asked about holidays or vacation days I would need to take off in future. Didn't talk about pay rate or opened positions. Gave start date right then and there.

Interview process involves answering basic interview questions about yourself, your previous job experience and the company. If they like you, you get a trial shift. They notify you during the interview that it is a commission based company so if you bring in a lot of revenue, you will get more shifts.
