Typical interview structure. HR was disorganized and made the process confusing by going back on their word and making unfounded implications. Ultimately the interviews were as expected but dealing with HR was a deal breaker
1 phone call with a people partner, 1 video interview with team members. Nice, professional atmosphere, however no follow-up message or feedback after the interview. The interview was about 30 minutes long.
