The interview was a seemless process. The first round was with the head of the department who interviewed me which lasted for about 20 mins. Round two was with the MD of Karnataka which lasted for about 20 mins.
The HR round was the longest enquiring indepth about background and career path.

Contact via email, received an invitation to set up a face to face interview. Typical interview with Property Manager and or Regional Manager. An offer was extended by HR 2 days later.

Interview
Began with a screening call then a phone interview. Followed by in person interview and a final interview with a director. Took about 3-4 weeks. The questions were average questions relating to the role, in the end deciding factor may have been experience and company fit within team.
