Interviewed 1 on 1 with three different people. Interviews varied from person to person, I don't think there is any standard. Interviewed by one guy who was very unprofessional, but the other two were great and easy to talk to.

Interview
Phone Interview with HR. On site interview with 3 rounds. First round was with Hiring Manager, Second round Senior Associate and third round with a Staff Accountant. The hiring manager asked both technical and behavioral questions. Technical questions were very basic accounting questions.
Basically was a meet a greet. I was never asked any hard questions. They just asked really basic questions about my past experience and why I want to be an accountant.

Interview
Great exeperience. Manager who interviewed me was really nice. Explained what day to day activities will look like. What to expect and what not to. As far as questions, not many. It was more like one on one conversation where I explained what I want to do in longer term and what skills I can attribute to the company's success.
