I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in May 2014
Interview
Applied via their website. Prompt response and two types of phone interviews. Got called to meet the team in downtown Chicago. Meet with about 7 mangers/executives, none seem prepared or briefed that they were interviewing. No one could provide specific information regarding the hiring process, start date etc. no offer given, no closure at the end of the meeting or response to any follow up. Very disappointing overall.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2022
Interview
Initial phone screener interview followed by three in-person interviews with a total of five different people.
The process took over three months and I ended up getting ghosted by everybody with whom I interviewed and the recruiter.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you fit in this role
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Houston, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online and was interviewed a month later by the person who manages someone in this position via Zoom video call. She told me there was going to be 5 rounds for the interview process but I didn't make it past round one unfortunately. She kept emphasizing that I had to "love" technology and I couldn't really gauge what she meant by that since I feel like that is such a subjective feeling, especially in regards to technology.
The interview was welcoming with lots of questions about my background, experience and skillset from team members and meeting with various people in the office. The interview team was easy to talk to.
