Initial interview is a 20 minute phone call. My qualifications were in line with the position and my experience provided great benefits to the role. The HR representative noted that my experience was in alignment with their needs and I had a pleasant personality that would fit in with their culture.

What is the lowest salary you would consider. There is no side stepping this question, Explaining that salary is based on value of services employee provides, demonstrated capabilities, benefits JLL would provide, and many other factors is not sufficient. They require a salary amount or the interview is terminated.

The interview process was professional and well-structured. It included basic questions about my experience, problem-solving skills, and how I handle workplace situations. The interviewer was polite and made the process comfortable.

Depending on the team you are interviewing for, there are a few rounds of interviews with the team members you will be working with after an initial HR call. My interview were 3 separate virtual calls and an offer was sent shortly after.
