A entrevista foi subdividida em muitos processos e processos exaustivos. Fui entrevistad@ por diferentes gerentes e pessoas do RH, sempre me prometiam retorno em poucos dias mas exaustivamente os retornos eram praticamente quase mensais para depois desaparecerem sem nenhum retorno, mesmo com feedback positivo de todos que me entrevistaram.

1st round of interview was with a group of interviewers, they will each take turn to ask you questions based on their department to get to know you more about your capabilities.

The usual interview questions, self introduction, with panel interview from 2 Marketing interviewers + 1 HR
However, the whole process takes too long, more than 1.5 month and i managed to secure a job from another firm. Therefore, I have to make a withdrawal from the process.
HR should re-design the process as the whole process takes too long to confirm such a junior role.
