First phone interview with the recruiter. Moved to interview with Hiring Manager. They made clear I would hear from them regardless of the outcome. They didn't. I followed up twice after weeks of silence. Recruiter told me "we are still interviewing, I will let you know for sure." After almost 2 months I learned that the process was completed by logging into my application account. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
