I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Miami, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied directly online. Was contacted by a woman from HR who performed a 10-15 minute screening interview to basically confirm I was a real person and get a better idea of what kind of candidate I was. Received a call back letting me know I was selected for an in-person interview. It consisted of four separate sit-down interviews that were mostly personality based, very few technical questions if any. I was given a case study test that had you model out a five year cash flow and then comment on it in a PPT using charts from the data created.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. The process from start to finish took approximately two months. All in all, it wasn’t bad at all. They want to make sure you are a good fit for the team.
Interview was straight forward and good. Had three rounds and an assessment at the end. Everyone I met with was nice and open about their experience. Not bad process at all.
A total of 4 rounds of interview with the last round being HR, 1 phone call, 2 face to face with D and SD and 1 teams. Some technical questions and some issues on team management.
