I went it through a placement company. Have never seen a HR so confused ever in my life. Was made to wait for 1.20 hrs or more before the interview because Madam was apparently busy. HR didnot know that B2B and corporate sales are the same and kept asking to elaborate on the same. HR couldnt understand from my resume that I donot have experience in real estate sales which was evident from my resume as it clearly indicates experience in concept selling of financial product. HR was constantly distracted throughout the interview and paid no attention for good 20 minutes or more and I was asked to repeat only because her tasks were pending and her mind was lost elsewhere. No.of years of work ex and salary range wasnt mentioned before giving an interview call P.S. If you do have budgets as high as 15 lakhs , please specify the number of experience you want in a candidate and DONOT call people for interviews without verifying their experience and making them wait for hours before starting off with the interview and then giving a negative feedback of the candidate only because you weren't interested and you weren't able to perform your job better.
