The interview process went smoothly overall. I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. Then they sent me a take-home assessment that involved building a React application around some certain specifications they provide. After that, they brought me inside to meet with a team lead to review the React project and ask a few additional technical questions. Finally, they asked me to come in and meet with one of the cofounders, who mostly asked experience and culture-related questions. They were quick to respond and were fairly flexible with scheduling. However, I was not able to meet with anyone who would have been my potential boss, and had no way of knowing what the team dynamics were which is a huge factor when you are interviewing another company, and that was kind of a turn off.
