Interview
Asked to provide examples of instances where you were in a certain situation and how you handled it. Also asked about what you would do in hypothetical situations that occur in the workplace.

Interview
During the application and interview process, the interviewer made many promises, including claims that the company could sponsor employees for the hygiene certificate. I also expressed that I was willing to give the job a try and was interested in working there.
However, shortly after I left the interview, the interviewer immediately sent a message stating that they would not be proceeding with my application, without providing any clear reason.
This experience felt misleading to me, as a lot of assurances and positive statements were given during the interview, but the outcome was completely different afterwards.
I also felt that the interviewer appeared to place strong emphasis on whether applicants had served in the military, and seemed to look more favourably towards those with military backgrounds. As someone who was officially exempted from military service, I felt unfairly judged because of this. This created the impression that personal bias may have influenced the hiring decision, even though the role was for a regular food service company and unrelated to the military.

The interview process includes screening, initial and final interviews, possible skills test, and a job offer. If hired, you'll attend onboarding or training before officially starting in specific area you assign.
