The interview process began by responding to a job posting online by calling the office. I was asked to pickup an application from the office, fill it out, and bring it to the job interview. Most companies hiring drivers require applicants to come into the office to pickup an application so they can see what you look like. After completing the application I called and asked for when to return it. I was given a date and a time which would also be a scheduled interview. I dropped off the application and spoke with the hiring manager who asked some questions about my work history. I was then asked to take a truck and shuffle some trailers around to demonstrate my ability to park trailers. I was then told my application would be sent to the head office for approval. A decision would be made in a few days.
