There were three stages, all quite formal. The final interview had two interviewers. The questions are straightforward enough, relating to the company and more specifically about technical writing. There was a simple writing task in the last interview.
Good. Standard. Appropriate. Writing test involving a request to write steps explaining how to do something you are otherwise competent at and interested in. Face to face after a phone call. Background check for security reasons. Nice people. Competent team
