Very laid back interview. Interviewed by 2 people. It was relaxing. Didnt feel like an interview but more like conversing. They ask typical interview questions like why do you wanna work here, how did you handle pressure, do you prefer to work in a team or individually. Overall a positive experience.

Interview
I first had a phone interview with the department supervisor about the job details and later a 1:1 at the Boca Raton facility. The interview was similar to the phone interview, but the supervisor discussed about the company's future goals, how the job environment is like, and your typical interview questions. After the interview I learned more about the company and I did notice some concerns. There is no accounting and IT departments because they both where outsource out of the country, and so is the human resources department. I believe that if you are looking for career advancement in SCM, it is better to not even apply.
