I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Johns Hopkins Health System
Interview
Interview was brief, and merely a formality. A research study I was working for had concluded and I was referred to this position. Many positions here are filled internally or through family/friend referrals. Interviews are held at the sole discretion of the Principal Investigators, so interview experiences vary tremendously.

Question 1
How do you know when to prioritize certain action items over others?
Really easy and helpful to understand the role. Biggest issue was the pre-boarding process took way longer and required my active involvement to make progress (I had to f/u multiple times to have them verify previous employment).

Interview
Was contacted by hiring manager a week after applying for the position. The Initial interview was 30 minutes with the direct supervisor, followed by a 45 minute panel interview consisting of the supervisor and two senior directors.
