Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johns Hopkins Health System (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2015
Interview
Since this was my first career out of college, the interview was not very skill-based. It was more a personality interview and figuring out how I would get along with the team. They are very interested in hiring people who are going to stay at Hopkins because retention has been a little bit of an issue for the nurses here.

Question 1
They asked me (being from Boston) what made me come to JHH and who is to say I wouldnt leave after a few months and go back to my family? What would make me stay at JHH?
Straight forward with less feel of tension. Panel of two and friendly personnel. Answering with confidence and letting them know what you want is key. I felt honored to be interviewed by JHHS
