I met with the multiple people over the course of 4-5 hours including my direct supervisor and my group supervisor. Overall, a very informal process with very little technical questions. They were much more interested in my overall job history than knowledge base.

Well planned, a great information exchange process. People were very friendly. The process took about one day but the time was well spent. A good opportunity to meet people with different expertises.
