The interview process usually involves a panel of 2 or more people. The meeting typically takes place remotely during work hours. The goal of the interviewers is to get to know the person as well as the experience. The interview typically lasts 1 hour.

Interview involved meeting a hiring manager and then the operations director. After several weeks, phone calls and emails the HR department sent me directions for background check and drug test. After about a week they said the hiring team sought a different direction. I suspect that having no public information tied to my families house in the service area that they did not want to take a chance hiring me. The difficulty was average but the duration was very long.
