Interview
After applying, I asked to speak to the manager. SInce it was between 2-4 on a M-Th, he could see me right away. I sat with him across the street at his other restaurant and talked about why I wanted to work there. It was just an opportunity to sell myself, which I obviously succeeded at.

Interview
I went in one day to apply and the owner asked me to come back the next afternoon. I came in the next day and sat down at a table with the owner and they asked me questions. They asked me if I had ever waited tables before. I had not at this point. Then they asked me if I knew anyone who worked there. I actually am pretty sure that I only got the job because I knew someone else who worked there. After working there for a while, I realized they only hire friends of employees.
