Awful experience. Spent approx 4 days working on a marketing plan, to be sent an automatic email to turn me down after an interview and more time spent on a portfolio. No compassion or respect for my time invested. Partnership boasts a kind caring ethos. No care for the amount of effort spent on doing a marketing plan etc. Would have been ok with this notification if so much wasn’t required. Was much more involved than I have ever had before! Glad I got turned down if this is how people are treated!

Question 1
Told the responses need to be around behaviours and not job specific so did that. Then get told didn’t give enough job specific examples….
Online situational judgement test, with three online questions to answer. One face to face interview with two individuals, a task was provided ahead of the interview to prepare beforehand and then present.

Interview
1st:
Usual competency check on CV, relevant experience etc.
Task based verbal presentation - 30min prep, 20 min presentation, 10mins of questions.
2nd
Competency base interview with senior leadership contact for department.
Then offer.
The only downside is there background check and references are done by a third party called Security Watchdog, they are useless. It's supposed to take two weeks but it took four and my role was a business critical hire.
