Had to talk about some scenarios as group, while people listened to what we were saying, for me there was 5 different scenarios, most were quite obvious about things your had to say. I think you have to be quite vocal, and say a lot of things to get the job.

group interview , split into groups of 4-5 peopld and told to come up with a plan for 4 different scenarios.Very chill, aslong as youre not too quiet but also dont speak above others you should be fine.

Group exercise had 5 different questions, had to discuss with other people in your group. John Lewis staff listening and writing what is said. Written exercise had 15 minutes to complete. Very friendly staff
