Group interview, followed by individual. Enjoyable and put at ease straight away with other applicants to chat to before start. Split into groups, gave personal introductions. Group discussions, followed by presenting findings
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
