The first stage was a telephone interview with the HR team. This was quite straight forward nothing technical was asked - more to gauge what i was looking for and to outline my specifc experiences listed on my CV The second stage was a face to face interview with the floor manager. This interview had some technical elements to it and more specific questions relating to the technical aspects that i had mentioned on my CV.
