First you had to do a Few online tests such as scenario based questions which was when I first applied then a a week or 2 later I got an email inviting me to an interview which was 1 to 1, and it took an hour. There were a few basic questions and then they give you 15 minutes to look at scenarios and make notes that answer the questions on there basically. She comes back into the room and then gives you 15 minutes to discuss those answers to her (4 scenarios altogether). After that there’s a test that basically tests your attention to detail but it’s pretty easy so don’t worry about it. After that she will ask a few competency based questions but they shouldn’t be too hard if you prepared for it but even if you didn’t it’s okay. Lastly she has to go through a list of things that are necessary for her to ask such as if you are okay with salary and such nothing to worry about. She will end with have you got any questions like all interviews do and that’s it, though it was long but time does go fast as you are constantly doing something or talking. Ps. They asks for rights of documents, I gave my passport. One advise I will give you is get there 20 mins earlier not 15, I got lost so it took me about 15 mins to find where I was supposed to be.
