Began with a group task where as a group you were given scenarios to read then places priorities in order. An individual task where further scenarios were given. Finally you had individual interviews with were mainly situational judgement questions.

A group interview format where applicants proposed ideas for new marketing schemes and in-shop events, thinking through logistics and how to keep customers engaged. Afterwards, a one-one-one interview with more typical interview questions.

the process was very simple. it was a group interview. they split you up into smaller groups and give you a scenario and you have to discuss what it is that you would do in that situation.
the later on have a one-on-one interview with you and ask about your prior job experience and what skills you would bring to the role.
its a very simple process , as long as you speak up and be confident
