Sudmit CV then emailed to John Lewis site. Extra information and questions answered. Waited for reply online arranged telephone interview. Arranged group assessment that was then rearranged different time for group assessment. All in all not a good experience.

Had telephone interview then got group assement interview. Was asked by interviewer if I though she looked like the person in person I didn't want to offend its alkward!
