Very laid back and non formal interview process despite it being a large company. The interview felt like an open conversation than anything which was great. Went much smoother than expected.

Question 1
General experience questions, availability and understanding of project.
There was a panel of 4 different managers of varying levels who were scoping out prior experience, behavioural fit, and project specific requirements. Overall, was a difficult interview but it was for a difficult building project so made sense all the questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Holland (Newcastle) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview was fairly standard, very casual with the JH representative providing a good amount of detail about the business and project followed by questions relating to my experience and career path. Overall a good interview.
