Two panel of interviews with two people each. Each panel of interview was one hour. It's behavioral, STAR method type of questions. You can use previous work experiences, volunteer and even school projects.

Behavioral questions using the STAR methodology. 2 rounds of interviews with two people in each interview There are atleast 5 questions thst you are asked and the interview typically takes an hour.
"Why do you bleed green?" may be an interview question. Be prepared to answer why you want to work at John Deere! They have several phone screening interviews, virtual interviews, and then in-person. Be prepared for all the various stages.

The interview process is quite simple and fast. I would recommend everyone to take a chance. However, you should be well prepared for the interview. You will get the job easily.
