I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at John Deere (Waterloo, IA)
Interview
Ask you typical questions on your background. Of course if you are out of state inquiring about what you like about John Deere and Iowa and how your skills relate or would benefit them. I've done a lot of John Deere interviews. Some I've gotten offers on and others none. They're not the best on following up. Seems like a waste sometimes.
