The interview and hiring process was completed very quickly. I had my first interview within three days of being contacted concerning my application. I was flown in to Olathe, KS for a secondary interview approximately 2 weeks later, and had an offer a week after that. Both interviews were conducted using the STAR method and were fairly informal in their structure. The interviews ultimately turned into friendly conversation after the necessary questions were asked.
