Joel Paul Group interview questions

This internship is primarily found through word of mouth. I sent my resume to my friend, also an intern with Joel Paul, and she set up the interview. The interview is with the President and CEO (it's a small company) and it was very low-key. They're looking for interest and general competence, not experience.

Applied online and was asked to come in right away. When I got there, I was asked a bunch of questions pertaining to the job and a few that had no relevance to the job, private questions.
