First stage the recruitment staff will send you an email with instructions and you have to follow the instructions thoroughly to get through to the next stage.The second stage consist of writing an essay,a video describing why you're incredible.The third stage you're invited for a Zoom recording interview.The final stage you get to be interviewed by the person that you will be working for.
