I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JoVE
Interview
Awkward. Applied for one position that corresponded to my masters and research interests but was told I was not qualified. 3 months later I was called and offered a position at the watered down version of what I had originally applied for.
Interview process was inconvenient, awkward, and disjointed.

Question 1
What do you think of the journal?
How do you think you can contribute?
Nothing ground breaking, run of the mill questions. They also quiz you on the company website.
Phone interview followed by quick in person interview with short quiz. You don't really meet other team members besides the hiring manager and their boss. The process was pretty quick, I think a few weeks from application to offer.
