Interviewed with regional sales manager twice and then tried to negotiate better salary because I was very experienced and an atypical candidate. The salary was the salary and no counter offer was made. They work within very structured salary and expense guidelines, so don't expect any negotiations.

The interviews seem unorganized, random simple questions, most of the interview is them laying out their expectations in a variety of areas which are to numerous for the interview process. I got the impression that the regional manager is at home most of the day most days.
