Interview process was the best of any company. I like how the supervisors get right to the point with their questions. There were some HR questions, but they are mostly concerned with your experience and skillsets, which I enjoyed as a change. Everyone was very respectful here.

Self-introduction was first conducted. Questions were asked on some of the points in the resume. Soft skill was one of the topics. A situation was given and elaborated answer was necessary. The overall atmosphere was peace and comfortable.

Fast interview. It was not very long. It was more of a Chinese style I would say friendly interview. And the manager is friendly. The hr involving is helpful. It was very chill type of interview.
