Interview process was with a panel various team leads and management. It’s was pretty easy going and asked very valid questions pertaining to the role.
I was able to inquire on the role as well as the company history which they were very open to discussing with me.
I felt the personal was likable and personable and the overall company culture was good.

Interview
They make all applicants take a basic math test about 55 questions. I interviewed with the shipping manager and warehouse manager. On my second interview it was with the warehouse manager and the warehouse director. The second interview was more intense questions then the first.

Interview
There is company own recruiter to call you first. In the personal interview, they ask you to do test on paper. Did not negotiate pay. After interview, it take several days to get call back for 2nd interview.
