Pretty easy, quite streamlined. Maggie interviewed me and she was great. They were respectful and very kind. Easy interview. Get ready for the "strengths and weaknesses" question. However you do have a ton of paperwork to fill out.
Solid and fun interview. Pretty straight forward process and straight to the point. The people were just like every Jimmy Johns. I love the sandwiches so much i had to get a job here
Great as long as you are passionate to work in this sandwich making industry. It was a great experience and the interview helped me get through what i am going to do at this job.
Totally strange process for the hiring procedure. I am not sure how anyone would genuinely want to apply when it takes months to respond and even then so many problems! Would not recommend even interviewing here at all.
