Relaxed, must be easy to work with. They just want to know you’ll take care of your job and not be a problem. So if you can work with the managers, you’ll be a good addition.

Very laid-back. They give you background information on the job and what it entails and ask you a few questions to see if you’ll work hard. The job is good for people who want to work 40 hours or want to work less as a summer job ~20 hours
