I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Wheaton, IL)
Interview
Was a very basic interview. Questions about previous job experience, why you want to work with Jimmy John's, and what qualifies and separates you from the rest. They were just opening the store so they needed a full crew in 2008, so I was fortunate enough. The menu was to be remembered and tested within a week of memorizing. Simple and efficient. Satisfying as far as an interview can go.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Simple and concise interview. Focused on value for company. Enjoyed process. It was when a job was needed between finishing high school and moving on to University. It was a fun culture.
Standard process for an interview, google common questions! Be able to explain why you’re interested in the role! They might asked about your schedule if you’re in school. Really great environment!
No real interview I showed up and they were in need of help. They just made sure my driving record was clean and I passed a background check. Great first job, cool people, it’s always a different experience whichever jimmys you choose
